Third-party notices

Gateway uses third-party software for optional private-network connections and server operations. Those components have their own licenses, separate from Gateway's Terms of Use.

Tailscale connection

If you choose a Tailscale connection, Gateway uses Tailscale software. Tailscale publishes its BSD 3-Clause license and copyright notice.

The connection also includes Alpine networking tools such as iptables. Their notices and corresponding source are available on request.

An included Go dependency, github.com/golang/freetype, has separate FreeType License terms, which Gateway uses for its distribution.

You authorize the connection to your own tailnet. Your use of Tailscale's service is subject to Tailscale's terms. Gateway is an independent integration, not a Tailscale service or endorsement.

Gateway executor

Gateway's server worker includes kr/fs (BSD 3-Clause), pkg/sftp (BSD 2-Clause), and Go's crypto and sys libraries (BSD 3-Clause). Their license texts are included with the worker.
